The Neighborhood

Village Pines HOA is conveniently-located in Boulder, CO with immediate access to retail and other utilities.

There is a lot to like about our condo development of 40 units and about Boulder! A nearby shopping center features a Walgreens, a Safeway, Big Daddy Bagels, Coma’s Mexican Grill, and our neighborhood provides nearby access to parks and recreation areas.

Board Meetings

HOA Board Meetings are scheduled quarterly unless otherwise stated. 

Due to COVID, the board meetings are virtual until further notice. Notice of meetings and a Zoom link will be posted on the News page of this website. Once health departments have announced that public indoor meetings may take place, they may be held in the meeting room on-site near (insert location here). If you wish to attend a virtual board meeting (via ZOOM) please contact Trio Property management at (303) 415-2054 or TrioProperty@comcast.net.

The Annual meeting of all the homeowners is held each December. Notices are mailed out each year.

For Sale/For Rent Signs

Signs may only be displayed in unit windows.

Dues Payment

You may sign up here for the online portal, which will allow owners to receive invoices, view account status and payment history, register for online payments, and make secure one-time or automatic payments. Please note that paying via ACH will incur a fee of $2.49 per transaction, while paying via credit card will incur a fee of 3.49% of the transaction amount.

Invoices may be obtained by owners via the online portal or by contacting Trio Property Management.

The monthly HOA dues consist of the unit assessment, water, and sewer. Dues are payable on the first of each month and are considered late after the 10th of each month, at which time a late fee of $25 will be assessed, plus an interest fee of 18% per annum.

The Village Pines HOA recommends using the online portal to pay monthly dues.

Alternatively, dues can be sent via US Mail or by your financial institution’s bill-pay if available. If mailing a check, please ensure that your unit number is referenced on the check.

Village Pines Facilities

Members and residents have access to use of the Village Pines HOA hot tub, located behind Building 595.

Your primary contact for Village Pines Condominium Association is Trio Property Management.  As the property managers we conduct the day-to-day business and operations of the Association.  If owners have questions or need to report problems to the property manager, we can be reached by phone, fax, e-mail or US mail.

If you need a certificate of HOA insurance sent to your mortgage company, call or fax the agent listed below. Please provide the name of the HOA, your address, the contact information for your mortgage company, and a loan number if applicable.
